"Support to Emergency Medical Services" USAID grant program of the Ministry of Healthcare of the RA (2014)

PR SPRING PR Company was the official partner of the project.

The program was aimed at improving emergency medical services through resource planning and management, staff skills and capacity development, investment of service monitoring mechanism and raising public awareness.

To raise public awareness of 1-03 ambulance service in Armenia SPRING PR Company implemented an information campaign which included the following services:

• Communication campaign and PR activities timeline development and implementation
• Preparation of TV interviews. The message processing, speech writing and PR-support 
• 1-03 ambulance service official website analysis
• The expert assessment of www.1-03.am webpage, development recommendations on improvement.
• Negotiations with mobile operators for delivery of short (SMS) messages on www.1-03.am website.
• Preparation of informative articles. Implementation of interviews with doctors, medical staff or “RA Emergency Medical Services management.
